Steven Spielberg, taking no prisoners, on the ‘Indy’ set.

As reported by AP news, the ‘Indiana Jones’ lawsuit was settled.

SANTA MONICA, Calif. (AP) – The producers of the new “Indiana Jones” movie have settled a lawsuit against an actor accused of breaching a confidentiality agreement by revealing the film’s plot in a newspaper interview.
A Superior Court order was filed Tuesday finding that Tyler Nelson knowingly violated the agreement that he signed when he was cast to appear in a scene of “Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull”, said Lucasfilm Ltd. publicist Lynne Hale.

The agreement barred everyone involved in the film from publicly discussing it.

Terms of the settlement were not disclosed. An after-hours call to Nelson’s talent agency was not immediately returned.

The fourth installment of the adventure series was directed by Steven Spielberg and stars Harrison Ford.

Tyler revealed plot details during an interview last month with his hometown newspaper, Oklahoma’s Edmond Sun, Daily Variety reported. That story has been removed from the newspaper’s Web site.

“We ask every cast and crew member to sign a confidentiality agreement because we want to protect the movie’s thrills and surprises for audiences,” said Lynn Bartsch, Lucasfilm’s director of business affairs.

A spokesman for Spielberg said he didn’t know whether Nelson’s scenes would be cut from the movie.

The new Indy adventure, which also stars Cate Blanchett and Shia LaBeouf, will be in theaters next May.

See what happens? When you come to Hollywood and f*ck with ‘The Spielberg’…You will get the horns…Believe it!

Actor/ Dancer, Tyler Nelson, a professionally trained ballet dancer who studied at the Bolshoi Academy in Moscow, was playing a “dancing Russian soldier”. He couldn’t even flee to Russia to get away from the wrath of ‘The Spielberg’. He would have been hunted like an animal until he was brought to justice. It’s good that he turned himself in to the Superior Court in Santa Monica, California (don’t they have anything better to do?). He thew himself to the mercy of the court and ‘The Spielberg’. The terms of the settlement were not available at press time, but I’m sure the only entertainment job this guy’s going to get any time soon is, dancing at a puppet show in Siberia.

Maybe if he’s lucky, he can get a gig peeling potatoes in Leningrad.

I just hope for the theater of it all, ‘The Spielberg’, actually put the words …You Will Never Work In This Town Again!- into the settlement agreement.

Look for Tyler Nelson dancing in Volgograd… Coming Soon.
…seriously DEEP!

Just like his character on the TV show “24″ has been many times, Kiefer Sutherland was taken into custody by police Tuesday morning. The difference is, that when Jack Bauer is arrested on “24″ it’s usually by the Chinese government, or CTU is taking him in. The fun part is to see how Jack gets out out of it. However in real life this doesn’t bode well for Keifer, with the magnification of every move a star makes in current times. The press will be keeping a close eye on him. Especially since the inside Hollywood grapevine has known for years that Sutherland is a drinker, and can be an ugly drunk at that.

The” 24″ star’s DUI arrest last night isn’t his first brush with the law. Or his second. Or even his third. Kiefer pleaded guilty in 1989 and 1993 to reckless driving charges, and in 2004 to driving with a blood alcohol level above .08 — the legal limit in California. It’s the 2004 case for which Sutherland is currently on probation. Hmmmmmmm… We’ll see how Jack Bauer gets out of this one, he seems to be able to escape from everything else.

For the record, I’ve always been impressed with Kiefer Sutherland’s work. He’s a very good actor and plays that renegade law enforcement officer, very well. “24″, although it can be predictable and cartoonish, is well done and has been a good show from year to year. I give Sutherland full credit for producing this show, that had an odd concept of the entire season of shows taking place in one day. He made the show, and made it work very well. I will be glued to my TIVO player this upcoming season of “24″. I can’t wait to see what Bauer will do next. Go Jack, Go!

LOS ANGELES, California (AP) — Kiefer Sutherland was arrested early Tuesday on misdemeanor drunken driving charges after failing a field sobriety test, police officials said.

The actor was pulled over at about 1:10 a.m. in West Los Angeles after officers spotted him making an illegal U-turn, said Officer Kevin Maiberger.

Sutherland[/tag], 40, tested over the state’s legal blood alcohol limit of .08 percent, and was arrested on a misdemeanor charge of driving under the influence, Officer Karen Smith said.

He was released around 4 a.m. after posting $25,000 bail, according to Sheriff’s Department records.

Maiberger said Sutherland was scheduled to appear in court October 16.

Sutherland won a best actor Emmy award last year for his performance on the Fox TV series “24.” The series is set to return to the air in January.

NY POST- PAGE SIX, reports:
September 25, 2007 — A BIG-mouthed extra working on the new “Indiana Jones” flick has blown his fledgling movie career to smithereens by spilling the film’s major plot points.
Director Steven Spielberg and producer George Lucas made the entire cast and crew of “Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull” sign nondisclosure agreements. But Tyler Nelson – cast as a “dancing Russian soldier” – gave an interview to his hometown newspaper, the Edmond Sun in Oklahoma, in which he revealed that:
* Indy, played once again by Harrison Ford, and the Soviet army are both searching for a priceless skull made of crystal in the jungles of South America.

* The Russians take Indy hostage and then blackmail him by threatening to kill his ex-girlfriend and mother of his son, Marion Ravenwood, portrayed by Karen Allen. Cast as the son is Shia LaBeouf.
* Cate Blanchett plays an evil Russian who grills Indy. “I saw Harrison Ford strapped to a chair and being interrogated,” Nelson told the paper.

Nelson’s own big scene comes when he celebrates Indy’s capture by dancing to balalaika folk music. But it’s doubtful the footage of the 24-year-old actor – a professionally trained ballet dancer who studied at the Bolshoi Academy in Moscow – will make it into the final cut. Spielberg, furious Nelson blabbed, has reportedly snipped his scene.
Spielberg’s spokesman, Marvin Levy, wouldn’t say whether any of Nelson’s spoilers are accurate, but noted: “Who knows whether that particular person will ever work in this town again?”

WOW, sounds like Steven is serious, better pack those bags and move back to Russia. If he’s lucky maybe he’ll be able to find some work there. Steven’s reach is universal, this poor slob, may never get a sniff at any kind of job anywhere.
Another Hollywood rule, not to be broken- Don’t f*ck with Steven Spielberg.
…Going DEEP!

“Rush Hour 3″ Trailer. The movie releases August 10th

The biggest summer movie season ever could also become the longest. Traditionally Summer Movies blockbuster releases started on Memorial Day Weekend, hit a climax on the 4th of July, and petered out by the end of July. The biggest blockbusters of the summer would then take over the month of August and ride out the box office until Labor Day Weekend. By August, in past years, the studios would not be releasing any films that it had high hopes for being big earners. That has been slowly changing in recent years, the Summer Blockbuster release window has grown longer and longer. In 2007, Hollywood now releases top flicks all summer long.

“The beginning of August is not the dumping ground,” said Nikki Rocco, head of distribution for Universal, which earned $70 million last weekend on “The Bourne Ultimatum.” “These are the dog days of summer, and movie going is spectacular at this time of year.”
August 2007 began with a bang thanks to “Bourne,” and shows no signs of slowing down at the cinemas. “Rush Hour 3″ opens this weekend, with expectations of earning “Bourne”-like money, and the week after that sees the release of buzzed-about-comedy “Superbad” and sci-fi thriller “The Invasion.” The new trend is now, Hollywood studios begin releasing their tentpole flicks in early May and don’t stop until late August.

“What everybody has tried to do is extend the summer as far as we can,” said Jeff Blake, Sony Pictures‘ chairman of global marketing and distribution. “There’s nothing really magical about starting the first week of May but that’s become one of the bookends.” Especially for Sony, which kicked off 2007’s summer with “Spider-Man 3″ on May 4.

“We’ve succeeded in getting summer started,” Blake said. “Now the idea is how far can we keep it rolling through August. And so far, so good. Certainly ‘Rush Hour’ looks good Aug. 10, and we certainly feel good with where we are with ‘Superbad’ on Aug. 17.”

Jeff Bock, who tracks box-office results for Exhibitor Relations Co., said: “We haven’t seen an August like this. This summer definitely has three waves, whereas most summers have two waves.”
Look for the list of most popular August releases to change drastically in the next few years, as studios try to grow the summer earning season.

MOST POPULAR AUGUST RELEASES

“THE SIXTH SENSE” $294 million Aug. 6, 1999
“SIGNS” $228 million Aug. 2, 2002
“RUSH HOUR 2″ $226 million Aug. 3, 2001

Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony star in a new movie coming out this week, “El Cantante”. It has been called by reviewers, unwatchable. It’s Lopez’s first movie since “Gigli”, she went into hiding after, saying that she took time off to work on her marriage.

“Since I got married, the focus has really been my marriage and my life. It was a conscious decision to pull away and find out a different way to live where I wasn’t on the cover of tabloids all the time.”

First of all she really had to focus on busting up Marc Anthony’s previous marriage and family. Then she made the conscience decision to pull away, because she never really starred in a good movie, never really sang a song, never really had much talent at all, and she never really was very nice about it. To her credit she realized that she could only fool people for so long. People were tired of her and her attitude, she totally played herself out. Her nastiness and arrogance not only turned off her fans, but also film producers had enough of her and her demands. JLO was all about getting as much as she can out of any situation. Demanding everything she could imagine, and not ever saying thank you. Even the people from her home in the Bronx NY, hate her, they think she’s a big phony.

I worked with Jen, early in her career on the Steven Soderbergh film “Out of Sight”, her best movie. She wasn’t even JLO back then, but she was still greedy and arrogant. She thought everyone was out to screw her, so she was going to screw them first. I remember thinking, who the hell does this broad think she is? She made our lives very difficult most of the time, with her selfishness. She always needed to be treated with kit gloves, and could blow up at any moment. One thing I will say for her is, that she was a hard worker. Always on time and always had done her homework. There is something to be said for that, but she just wasn’t fun to be around. She also gave me a crappy bottle of cologne for Christmas during the filming. That was kind of nice of her, I was told by her assistant that Jen did like me. I felt so honored… she still busted my balls every chance she got.
I’ve heard and the reviews say that, “El Cantante” is the worst movie since the last Jennifer Lopez teams up with her man movie, and if someone manages to make a worse film this year that’ll be quite an accomplishment. We all thought that some day someone would make a worse movie then “Gigli”. It turns out that that Jenny From The Block, went and topped it herself. Because she has been so nasty over the years, people love that her movie is a stinker, and can’t wait to call her on it. Poor Marc Anthony, he left his Miss Universe wife and kid, to get dragged down to the gutter by JLO.
Hey if you act like a self indulgent nasty bitch long enough, that’s how people will think of you.
Good Luck with the movie Jen.
…Totally DEEP!

I’m not the biggest fan of the Bourne series, or Matt Damon as an action star. I did like the original Doug Liman movie, Bourne Identity. The last one totally sucked, I can’t believe they made another one, after that. The trailer for “Bourne Ultimatum” looks pretty good, however. I’m still not sure about Damon as an action hero, I just don’t feel like he’s dynamic enough, and certainly not physically cut out for it. Summer and an action movie, does add up, it will make some money. “Live Free or Die Hard”, is classic summer action, almost like a cartoon, the audience can just sit back, not think too much, laugh a little, and have fun watching the action scenes. Ultimatum, ultimately will make them think too much, that plus Damon will bore action fans. Bourne fans will go see it, I don’t think it will beat out “The Simpson’s Movie” for the number one slot, but it will do pretty well.
“Transformers”, was originally supposed to open on July 4th, Paramount moved it to the 3rd and then to the 2nd. Giving Michael Bay’s Transformers a 6 day opening. A chain reaction set off by Warner Brothers moving up the release date of the next “Harry Potter” movie to July 11th. Paramount decided to take full advantage of the holiday falling on a Wednesday, and maximize profits before “Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix”, comes out. “License to Wed” also moved it’s opening to Tuesday, for same reason. Michael Moore’s “Sicko” also went to a wide release this week, trying to capitalize on the midweek holiday. The 4th of July, is not the best holiday to release a movie, when it’s on a weekend most people are outside all weekend. The studios like it better when it falls midweek. Many people will take the whole week for summer vacation, and will have more time to see movies. I’m not sure if that’s exactly true, but that’s what they think.
Here’s what I think about the 4th July movie openings.

“Transformers, will do pretty well for the 6 days that it opens making around 50 million. I do thing “Transformers” will ultimately die out, after this week, when people start to hear it’s not very good. It could on the other hand make 100 million this week, but it will still die out. Transformers review, click here

Sorry to say I think “License to Wed” will tank, probably not be in the top 5 for its opening. Robin Williams is a great guy, and a very funny rare talent. I’ve worked on 2 movies with Robin and he is the most fun person I’ve ever been around. I wish him all the best, but this movie does not look good. Some people looking for a comedy over the holiday, will go see it. It does have star power with Robin and the guy from The Office, John Krasinski and Mandy Moore. I really don’t feel like this movie can hang with the competition from last week.

Disney-Pixar’s “Ratatouille,” which came in No. 1 over the weekend, will continue to do well. All the kids who didn’t see it last week will go this week, and just as many adults. I would not be surprised if it out does “Transformers”, and stays at #1 for another week.

“Live Free or Die Hard”, also will continue to do well, and will rake it in over the holiday. The Bruce Willis’ star power and the popularity of the character, along with a decent movie, will continue bring people to the theaters.

“1408″ will continue to surprise. This is the only choice for the suspense thriller, horror fans this summer. It will remain in the top 5.

“Sicko”, Michael Moore’s new movie, might crack the top 5, with a wider release this week. The adult, more intellectual crowd will see this one. The people who aren’t getting drunk all day and going to see fireworks at night, will go to see Michael Moore.

“Knocked Up” which has had long legs this summer, will continue to hang around. A good choice, for people looking for a wacky comedy. A movie some people might want to smoke a jay. before going, and laugh their asses off.
If I had to choose one movie to see over the holiday. As if I hadn’t been able to get to the movies all summer, I would see “Live Free or Die Hard” or “Knocked Up”. I wouldn’t waste my money on “Transformers” or “License To Wed. Happy Birthday America!

LOS ANGELES, California (Reuters Life!) — Actor Tom Sizemore, best known for battle-hardened film roles in “Saving Private Ryan” and “Black Hawk Down,” was sentenced Monday to 16 months in prison for violating his probation in a drug possession case. The actor admitted in court last week to violating his probation on a previous felony drug conviction and tearfully pleaded with the Los Angeles Superior Court judge for leniency, begging her, “If you would please just give me one more chance for myself.”
Sizemore was on three years’ probation when he was arrested May 8 outside a California hotel on suspicion of methamphetamine possession. The actor’s probation for a previous methamphetamine possession conviction was revoked in 2005 when he admitted to using a prosthetic penis in a bid to fake a urine test.
Sizemore, along with actor Jason Salcido, were arrested at the Four Points Sheraton in Bakersfield California.
Police said Salcido challenged a hotel clerk to a fight and when officers arrived, they believe both actors were under the influence. Reports said Sizemore had two small bags of meth and a smoking pipe.

The guy is a freak, he’s out in Bakersfield working on a movie, in the middle of farm country. A place where they really don’t like Hollywood, a place where the cops are watching. So he has to go outside of his hotel and smoke up some meth and threaten a hotel employee, and he’s on probation for a drug charge to boot. What the hell did he think was going to happen? Why didn’t he just party in his room? This guy used to be a good actor, but I think that time has past. He has totally destroyed a very promising career by being stupid. I guess that could be expected from someone who was married to Heidi Fleiss, another freakazoid. I wonder if those two ever smoked up some meth in Bakersfield together? “Smokin Meth in Bakersfield”, sounds like a bad country song. Maybe 16 months in the joint will help him. Doubt it.
The movie he was working on is called American Son, I interviewed for the AD job. It’s a low budget independent film. The producers had deals with the unions to pay everyone on the crew about $100 a day. They planned to shoot th entire movie in Bakersfield in about 22 shoot days. I considered it for a while and then it didn’t quite work out for me or the producers, for a lot of reasons. I had a couple of meetings with the Director Neil Abramson, a really nice guy. Someone I would like to work with some time. The script was very good about a local Bakersfield kid who joined the army and was shipping out to Iraq. The story is about his last weekend at home before going over. Sizemore was playing the crazy neighbor of his girlfriend’s family, who was a Viet Nam vet. I still think the movie could be good, the script by Eric Schmid is solid, and Neil had a good vision for it. I’m happy I wasn’t caught in the middle of all this drama, it would have been an interesting movie to work on, but the money sucked. Producer Danielle Renfrew, and Co-Producer Keely Gould, treated me well, and are also people I would like to work with sometime in the future. It’s funny that Tom Sizemore is not listed on the cast list for the movie on IMDB. I wonder why? click here for credits
That’s Totally Risoli in the background of the above photo. I played Clooney’s cell mate in OUT OF SIGHT, a scene that was eventually cut out of the movie. Clooney’s character realizes he needs to breakout of prison, because he can’t take it any more. Soderbergh originally wanted me to play the scene with my pants down, sitting on the toilet. He changed his mind, thankfully.
*****
No one plays cool like George Clooney on the big screen, he does it again in Ocean’s 13. In my experience with George, he is definitely one of the good guys in movie business, and yeah he is cool. I’ve worked with him on a couple of movies and have spent some time on the road with him. If you are out with George you can be assured to be treated royally. He’ll pick up the tab for a full night out for who ever he’s out with, and will get you hooked a hottie before he leaves. When you sit at a table with George, it’s the craziest thing you ever seen. No matter where you are every girl and woman in the place will gravitate towards him. Until they are basically lined up at your table to get a look at him or say hello. The best is that he loves to share. One night he was nice enough to get me into clubs all over South Beach in Miami, and paid for all my drinks. At the end of the night came and found me and the young lady who was hanging with me me because I was hanging with him. He look her right in the eyes and said,
“Hello, I’m George, I have to get going. Can you make sure and take good care of my friend?”

I don’t think I have to tell you where I wound up that night. That wasn’t the only night he looked out for me, Clooney’s left overs are the best in Hollywood. Is George cool? Damn straight, the coolest guy in the world. He’s a regular guy, loves women, loves to have a good time, and loves making movies. Who’s better then him?
Totally… Going DEEP !

Ocean’s 13 made it’s US premiere Tuesday night in Hollywood. George Clooney, Brad Pitt, Matt Damon and mega-producer Jerry Weintraub put their hands and feet into wet cement on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, at the Mann’s Chinese Theatre. Just feet from where “Ocean’s” originals Frank Sinatra and Dean Martin put their prints years before.
George Clooney joked, “If I had to be on my hands and knees with three other guys, I can’t think of better guys to do it with.”
It was a big to do, they shut down Hollywood Blvd for most of the day for the footprint ceremony. It was a pain in the ass getting around Hollywood today, but I like these guys. They like to have fun, hang out together, make movies and bang the hottest babes in the world. Good for them !

Andy Garcia, Don Cheadle, Shaobo Qin, Elliot Gould, Eddie Jemison and even the two-time Sexiest Man Alive, George Clooney, each took time to sign autographs and take photos with fans waiting outside their Hollywood premiere after-party. Other guests at the party included sexy Cindy Crawford, hip-shakin’ sensation Shakira, Eddie Izzard, Sarah Silverman and Tara Reid.
