“Harry Potter Order of the Phoenix” Trailer

Daniel Radcliffe and his Harry Potter co-stars were honored yesterday at the Chinese Theater Walk of Fame, in Hollywood. Their foot and hand prints in cement was well deserved for one of the most successful film series of all time. I’m one of those, who never read the books, and really have a hard time with movies about boy wizards. However, I have seen the other Harry Potter movies, and found them enjoyable. Always well done, well written and well acted, with some cool visuals. This one seems to carry on the same tradition, and with the characters older it seems like less of a kids movie. I won’t be one of the freaks dressing up, and camping out for a week to catch the first showing at midnight on Tuesday or early on Wednesday, but I” go see it.
“Harry Potter Order of the Phoenix” comes out on Wednesday 7/11/07. I’m sure it will make something like a billion dollars, just like the rest of the Potter films. JK Rowling, author of the Harry Potter book series, has said she will kill off characters in the 7th and final installment of the book, that she is currently writing. There has been a public outcry by the fans, not to kill off Harry, and let the series continue.
“I think that Harry’s story comes to quite a clear end, sadly,” Rowling said,
“But I’ve always said that I wouldn’t say never. I can’t say I’ll never write another book about that world”
Of course she said never say never, she makes about a kagillion bucks every time she writes one, and another kabillion when the movies come out. Hmmmm, tough choice, the fans want it… Alright one or two more.

Hey, and not for nothing, what the hell was up with Harry Potter in that play naked with a horse? Daniel Radcliffe’s well publicized appearance in a London production of the play “Equis”, naked on stage. I don’t know about that one? All those photos of him posing naked with that white horse? Kind of disturbing, I think. That’s not how Harry Potter the boy wizard should be behaving with a horse.
